"My door lock was very difficult to unlock and it took the front desk clerk showing me how to unlock it because it needed to be pulled and shimmied before opening. After several attempts on my own to try and gain access to my room they did get maintenance to remedy the situation and fix the lock. "The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem."
