We had a great stay overall. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference.
We were only able to attend breakfast one morning during our stay, but that experience was excellent. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff made my children feel especially welcomed, which we really appreciated.
The only issue we experienced was with housekeeping. We stayed for five nights and our room was only serviced once, after the first night when we needed the sheets changed due to an accident, which we appreciated. We understood that service was scheduled for every other day, but after that initial visit, no additional housekeeping was provided, including on the fourth day as expected.
Additionally, the safety lock on our room door was loose. Just sharing this as an FYI so it can be addressed for future guests.
Aside from these items, everything else about our stay was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our time here.
