"Our anniversary trip to this hotel was FABULOUS! Special thanks to Ciara, the Bartender. She was kind and gave excellent suggestions regarding different liquors and food tastings. Rashad, at the front desk, was funny and very friendly. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and the friendly and genuine smiles made us feel very comfortable and welcomed to the hotel. We have shared our experiences and the hotel’s website with friends and family. We will definitely be back . "

"The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling."
