"Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room."

"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. "The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained...
