We cannot thank enough the hotel staff, Silvia, for providing us extremely detailed instructions and advice before and during the stay, and Bianca, for providing us a room upgrade (with magnificent view on the town below and the valley). "We absolutely LOVED this property. It was very unexpectedly modern inside. Lots of storage, very clean and very comfortable. Morizio was a fabulous host, kind, helpful and informative. We would love to go back. Very close to the Saturnia Hot springs which was amazing!"

"This place was perfectly adequate in every way. There are; however, train tracks right behind the property. Our toddler loved watching the trains, but it wasn’t exactly quiet. Parking was super easy and there’s a nice grocery store less than a 4”5 minute walk. Convenient to get to the train!"

"The host Rita was very accommodating, there was one hiccup with housekeeping, and she took care of it within minutes. The apartment was spacious, well kept comfortable and in a Beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Beautiful spot in the top of the hill with a fantastic view. You can walk to have an almost 360 degree view of the Tuscany Valley and smell the great collection of roses. Awesome place organized with very nice selection of furniture and modern amenities. The place and the service are really lovely. "

"We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic. The restaurant is very good, the staff is pleasant, and the view is stunning."

"We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building."

"Loved this hotel. It was cut and charming. Not directly on the main road so its pretty quite, but the main road is basically just a long driveway so still super close. Front desk guy was super nice and helped us get a taxi to the train station. The view from the balcony was AMAZING."
