"TV didnt work in room asked for help at front desk it was a bother to even ask her she never came to look it outside of bathroom the floor was warped and bowed up wood floor planks had big gaps between them"

"I came from Indiana cause the flights coming out of Notre Dame were expensive so decided to fly out of Chicago O’Hare the next day. I found this place. I was there for one night found the pool in the hot tub to be clean and working correctly. The only issues I had were I wasn’t able to watch any of the TV as the remotes weren’t working and someone was trying to get into my room. I informed the housekeeping person and they said they didn’t know who tried to get in so felt that was kind of bizarre...

"Great location, convenient to the airport. Room was nice and comfortable. It was noisy because of the constant airplane take-offs and some other loud patrons next door/in the hallways. The in-house restaurant was good and there were two other restaurants within walking distance. Parking the car in a large deck was not ideal for dragging multiple pieces of luggage from the room upon leaving-bell hop was available, but there was a 20+ minute wait. Nice hotel for the money!"

"Regarding cleanliness, there were long hairs on the shower wall. More details aside, a major security issue occurred just minutes after check-in: the receptionist accidentally assigned our room and handed a key to another guest, who then walked into our room. This was a shocking and completely unacceptable security failure by the hotel staff"
