"The hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. The checkin process was good. Our room was clean and the property was clean. The only thing that was not great was the hot tub. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak before bed but it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom so we opted out. Everything else was great."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Beds not so much. Horrified with horrible heavy mechanism meant to keep room's door closed at all cost: a small child or frail adult could get hurt by this monster set-up. Not even a door stop available to keep door open to get luggage cart in/out without massive effort.

"Staffing all friendly and helpful. Small restaurant but served good food. Also friendly staff there too. Valet was pricey but efficient. No street parking available.
Only minor issue is housekeeping cleans rooms every other day. Did not expect that, so For a family of 4, we had to request more bath towels."

"I picked the hotel because it Is located between the Sky Harbor airport and the west side of Phoenix. (I was attending a wedding in that area., and I rented a car.)
There is not much around the hotel, except for a night club or bar down & across the street (I could hear the music playing Friday night.). I think there are just warehouses and a large parking lot next to the hotel.
The room with a King-size bed was clean and spacious.
