"Our bathroom sink had stains in it. We had a nonsmoking room but the whole hallway to the room smelled like smoke. It's partially my fault for not checking but breakfast was just muffins, juice, apples and bagels with no toaster/butter or cream cheese available. "

"We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to...

"Breakfast complementary rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. There was only this one lady(staff she was knitting )that spoke to everyone except for me and my family, and my child dropped the piece of paper, not noticing, but the lady picked it up so aggressively as if she was aggravated with us being down there eating breakfast"

"Experience at check-in was excellent. Front desk greeter answered all my questions immediately and accurately. Room was clean and ready. My only issue was the A/C temperature fluctuations. Airport shuttle was punctual on-the-dot. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"My sons felt unsafe which is quite the statement for 2 adult veterans. They stated that the room was fine for the night but wouldn't want to stay longer than that. They left at 2am and continued their trip because of the noise just outside their door at the hotel. "

"There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions.
