"Stunning modern hotel with beautiful Japanese aesthetic and everything you could ever think of provided for. True white glove service with the concierge, room service, and included breakfast. Rooms were spacious, modern with heated floors, electric blinds, ease of use for wifi/tv/bluetooth speakers, and included mini bar is fully stocked with snacks and essentials. My bathroom light wasn’t working when I called reception to tell them about it I was charged, I was also charged for using Wi-Fi even though I signed up for their membership program. Towels and linen were less than spotless, I found a few hairs that weren’t mine. Very impersonal, I won’t be visiting again."

"I didn’t get a chance to visit the restaurant downstairs but overall this was a great stay. It was located close to transit with Bathurst station only steps away, and there were a ton of great restaurants and shops around. The staff were great and kept in constant contact with me during my stay, even though we didn’t have any face to face interactions. I felt super safe as a solo female traveler. "Smart, comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. Rooms are a good size compared to other hotels. Breakfast is okay but they struggle if you want a variation on the listed items (my wife just wanted toast which caused a bit of a flap but got sorted). Rooms don’t have bottled water but there is a water and ice machine on each floor. If your room is a long way from the lifts this can be a bit of a faff (but to be honest it’s a first world problem). Would stay here again."
