"Lovely staff very friendly just a shame announcements were all in Spanish so we had no idea what was going on where! Very clean, very comfortable. Rooms are lovely. We faced a car park which was a shame but we did have a balcony. Not all inclusive, so choices of meals very limited. Unfortunately as we didn’t understand what was happening my daughter did not get chance to join in the kids clubs or me in the adult activities! Loved the pool, jacuzzi and fountains. Would return. "

"We only stayed for one night as a stopover but the pool facilities were a great bonus for us, particularly with the children. A stones throw from the beach, plus restaurants, it felt like a nice resort close to, but away from the mania of the Costa Del Sol. "

"Absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful staff with excellent service ! Always happy and very welcoming! 😊 We loved the hotel facilities like swimming pool and little area next to it with summer bar, bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We really liked that it was Foosball & Pool table to play ! Walking distance from hotel to seaside was only 5-10min, the same to local shops and restaurants where you can eat local Tapas ! "We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that...

"Nice hotel, although little worn and not maybe fully 5 star worthy. It would have been great if the pools (or at least one) of the outdoor pools would be heated. But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby. "
