I am writing to formally express our deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely terrible and far below any acceptable hospitality standards.
The main and most serious issue was the condition of the ocean and beach area. The ocean was completely unswimmable — the water was muddy, had an unpleasant smell, and there were constant large waves. In addition, the beach itself was extremely dirty, with plastic bottles and trash everywhere. The overall condition was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable for a resort destination.
Another major issue was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the dining areas. The food service conditions were unacceptable: plates, glasses, utensils, and other items frequently appeared dirty and had unpleasant odors. After eating at the buffet, we both suffered from diarrhea for two days and did not feel comfortable eating there again for the remainder of our stay.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality, cleanliness, and overall conditions provided. Unfortunately, after this experience, we would never consider returning to your hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
