"Poor communication with the owner of the suite. First thing they told me in the reception when I got there was "This is not an hotel. You should know what apartment you're renting". Danilo the owner didn't say a word (not a reachable phone as well) till 4pm on the day of the check-in. Make sure to have cash for the chip (THEY ONLY GIVE YOU ONE) to get in and out of the building.
