"Things looked far better from photos than reality. The common spaces are nice, the room it's self was lacking. There was no iron in the room. The blow dryer worked intermittently, and we spilled water on the floor and then we cleaned it up the floor was very dirty. There is not separate shampoo, soap and conditioner. Only one product was provided. The door was not working properly and my husband cut his hand when we first arrived just opening the door. Maybe other rooms are better equipped but...

"I booked in the morning of the checkin and mid afternoom ready for checkin. There was no sign. I tried to call them, no reply. I wrote and after some time came a message that booking is canceled. No answer on the phone nor on the mail. I entered with the help of other guests the house and nocked on the dopr of the appartment in a relatively shabby dark part of the building.
