"Rooms are clean, breakfast is included and the price was great but what really made our stay special was Tony (the owner) who went out of his way to delight us. He arranged bike rentals for us (and even fixed things twice when we had bike issues). He also arranged taxis, got our breakfast order prepped the night before once he heard we wanted to leave early and let us have a really late check out. "Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. "

"Had an excellent stay for 2 nights. Hosts are amazing and friendly. Place is cute. Room and bath is decent. Bed is hard but comfortable for my taste. We had the (mis)fortune to experience rainfall in tam coc, which make the place damp and humid. Overall nice experience. "
