"Copley House has a very pleasant and tasteful atmosphere, located wonderfully in the middle of Boston proper. It has an Old World charm that is not present in modern or even older hotels. Our room was clean, although a little small for our taste. The kitchen was a little small as well - the fridge a little warm and the freezer essentially non existent.
The property is well kept, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990âs.
Butler is a nice concept but slow responses

"Room was incredibly dated, especially the bathroom. Rug was frayed and there was an old school corded phone next to the toilet. Not what I expected from a âluxuryâ hotel. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were in tacky plastic white containers that had visible residue where they get filled. Bed was really comfy and staff was helpful, but the room needs some refreshing."

"The staff were all super kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the old school and glam aspect of the hotel but did lead to a few things. For example a gap under the door meant a bright light in the room which hinder sleep, room had slight smell of smoke and sound of water dripping. Great location, safe and clean."

"Clean property, very basic with painted cement ceiling and floors. Disappointed with glass door shower without grab bars and a slippery plastic floor. Worried about falling.
