"En general las instalaciones son agradables con olor a madera que genera un ambiente cálido. La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad.
El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa.
Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"Great place to stay close to the Conguillo national park. Very quiet with a great restaurant on prem - I recommend the trout as it is a local specialty. "
