Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, if a bit squeaky. Bedding was clean. No A/C so it was a bit warm but there was a fan. Lobby was nice and had guest bathrooms. I bit far to walk to the city core, but a quick uber ride. City bus stop right outside hotel entrance.

Had a great time at Collection O Las Iglesias at Cholula. Great location (5 min. walk to the Zócalo). Staff was very friendly and helpful when checking us in/out. Our room was very clean. The hotel has a very good restaurant which offers breakfast and lunch at very good prices. Overall we had a great time!

The hotel was clean. Food in dining room was fine. Very poor lighting in the room- they need to add some lamps.. not able to read in the evenings. We had problems getting a taxi.. and on departure, there was no taxi available.. left us stranded with no solution.. staff had no solution. They also failed to give us our wake up call..luckily we had our own alarm on our phone.. when we went to check out at 5:30 am.. there was no overnight staff..just a doorman. Wouldn’t return.

First of all I have to say that it was a very beautiful place. The lobby is kind of old school class. I did not use the amenities outside because I arrived late but I did go out there and the pool an outside area looked clean and calm. It was a bit eerie that I was checked on when I was looking out there. The room was pretty clean and had plenty of hot water to take a shower. The porter was very very nice. They allowed me to check-in late which I needed because I was coming from Mexico City and had missed my bus. But I feel like I was punished for this because they would not allow me to order food. I called down to ask if I should meet food delivery outside, in the lobby or at my room and they said it was too late for me to get food. I'm an adult and I was paying for my room and there was someone at the desk all night and the fact that they wouldn't let me get food upset me especially since I was already stressed from my day in the city I and trying to get there. Both of the beds in my room were very hard and as soon as the sun came up it blazed through as if there were no curtains. So I left there hungry with no sleep and having paid for that. The primary reasons that I stay in hotel rooms were not met except for the fact that there was hot shower. If one makes the check-in on time and is a very very early riser I'm sure they would have a better time of it especially if they don't try to order food at after dinner
