For the price, it’s probably what I could have expected. Fairly clean but in need of updates. Shower was either hot or scalding. I guess that’s better than cold? It was a quick stay and worked fine as a stopover on the way to the mountains. Staff was kind and attentive.

So we got there and went to the room and crashed a nap. I just fell asleep and there was a terrible noise outside. I thought we had a tornado coming in. Went to the window and there were train tracks RIGHT THERE! The toilet was loose from the floor and stains all over the carpet. The obviously don’t invest profits back into the property. Would not recommend.

There is a Mexican and sea food restaurant almost on the same lot. Around us is hwy 50 and I25. Our Inn is well kept inside and out.Thank you for your review and input.

This place was filled with rules signs and policies and procedures that make guests feel unwelcome.

We are sorry you felt unwelcomed. We do require Id's and other policies to have guest's feel comfortable with safety.Although we are in a nice area, safety is important!

The mid shift check in lady was rude i booked a walk in handicapped shower got a tub handicapped shower my husband had to use with his bad back very hard to get out then the sunday morning staff lady was also very rude when i asked for clean towels told me i had to wait till 10 am when i was leaving at 7 am all day long then the same mid day staff lady asked for change to use the washer i was told i had to go to 711 for change not nice to guest its not a warm welcoming when staff are rude then this morning i ended up falling out of shower due tobthe long shower curtain not a very pleasant stay i discussed issue withbthe nice caring lady at check our

The internet was down the first night and front desk was not any help but after that it worked great. The staff was wonderful and polite. The rooms were clean. One caution, if you have a room toward the outside perimeter, the train does run by the hotel, it's not bad just a rumble.

Staff insisted on $100 cash deposit after I had already stayed for 2 weeks. Also, staff would not complete my checkout until my room was inspected. There were no reports of incident or damage incurred prior to final checkout.

Thank you for staying with us; we appreciate your feedback. Every time a guest checks in even as a stayover they must pay the deposit. That is why strongly encourage all of our extended stay guest's to pay cash for the deposit so that each they redo their reservation we already have a deposit on file so we don't blow up their credit card. It is also standard procedure to check the room before returning the deposit. Safe travels and see you next time!

It was very clean, the room was pretty and everything was updated. The only thing I didn't care for was the traffic noise but when you're near a highway there's no way around it so I knew it would be noisy today took the room. It was a good experience all around

We are sound sleepers. Surprised to see earplugs in our room. Later realized trains at full speed pass through within 20 yards of the back fence. We are normal sleepers and not a big problem. No whistles. Breakfast was sparse and manager had removed the toaster "because it kept setting off alarms". No hot items except if you made a waffle. Room was clean. Price reflected what we got. Not unhappy. One time stay.

I think you may have the wrong Inn writing your review.!I see you stayed with us FOUR nights. We have our Inn sprayed often to make sure we don't have issues like that!Thank you for staying with us.

The front desk staff at this hotel is horrible. They are not customer service oriented, barely know how to check you in and then want to charge you twice because the night clerk didn't do his job correctly. Asked for help and a manager and they claimed they called the Police who never showed up. You have been warned! Do not stay at this hotel!

Our apologies on staff service. We will look into that.I'm completely confused on the comment of the police. The only reason the police would be called would be due to a disturbance / an un-ruly person.

We couldn’t use the exterior door closest to our room for some reason , so we had to walk our dog & all our stuff down a long hall & through the lobby. No automatic lobby doors either. Breakfast was so-so: good waffles, but the only other hot food was microwave sandwiches. Kinda icky. Staff were all friendly. Room was clean but pretty dark & dingy.

Solid hotel. Rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. Breakfast was solid, nothing special. Bit loud but otherwise what you’d expect.

The only issue is that my partner had trouble sleeping due to the trains that pass by the hotel. The location does leave a lot to be desired.
