I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal.
The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.
Beautiful hotel with excellent service! Great location! Even though I understand that they do not have TVs in the rooms so you can enjoy the island more, I do like to watch TV before I sleep at night so I would change that. But otherwise, excellent choice!
Staff was very helpful and did extra to ensure my phone wasn’t lost as I toured outside. AC wasn’t working and we got an extra room to sleep in late at night. Thanks for the help.

Could be much better.
Decent breakfast included. Jacuzzi was useful for sore back, though heater was not available. Nice size rooms. Did not change bed sheets during entire stay of 6 days. Not great hot water for shower. Effective AC.

Cuando reservó un hotel leo los comentarios y este tenía buenos y malos por lo que me incliné por los buenos pero aquí en resumen mi experiencia
1.- la piscina pasó sucia todos los días de nuestra estadía. No vi que el staff haga algo para solucionar el problema y controlar que la gente cumpla las normas de ducharse antes de entrar. Con las infecciones en mente decidí no usar la piscina.
2.- el desayuno. Sólo es una hora de servicio de 7 a 8 am, lo que me parece muy poco. Cuando se ingresa al restaurante está todo presentado como tipo Buffett, una persona le sirve : 1 pan, huevos y 1 pedazo cuadrado de jamon y otro de queso. No se le ocurra querer tomar otro pedazo de jamón o queso, es más cuando la persona que sirve no estaba cerca y un turista se sirvió el mismo, le quitaron el pedazo de queso y jamón extra que se atrevió a tomar. El último día fue sólo 1 pan,1 pedazo de jamón y 1 de queso, no había huevos.Además había una fruta, dos opciones de jugo, café, té. En cuanto al yogurt ese fue otro problema, me dijeron que era sólo para el cereal, es decir que no me querían dar un vaso del mismo.
3.- la habitación. La encontramos sucia y además en las noches se saltaban los breakers, lo que nos dejaba sin tv y opción de cargar los celulares en la noche. Una noche estuvimos horas sin aire en pleno Feb con temperaturas altas!!! La pregunta es, sI ya sabían de la situación porque dejaron que llegue la noche e incomodar a los turistas que desean refrescarse y distraerse?
