"Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience. "

"Great small spa facilities. Massage was on point. Laid back hotel. Not fancy but the luxury is in its quiet and beautifully landscaped facilities. Staff was attentive. Restaurant could use more servers or better training. Food is delicious! "

"Amazing resort! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. All areas of the resort were exceptionally clean and there was plenty to do! We wouldn’t even have had to leave the resort if we didn’t want to! Would definitely stay again!"
