Very relaxing, so many pools we lost count. Staff was amazing. Taco truck was a great touch we all loved. Not much for night or pool entertainment but perfect for a nice laid back vacation.

Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive
The room was clean, updated and the staff was prompt and the daily cleaning and restocking of the room was perfect. The check in process was quick and exactly what we requested. The resort was everything as it was advertised to be. Met all expectations that were promised.

We loved our stay at Riu Jalisco. Staff was friendly, room was great. Lots to do for our family. We will definitely be back.

The food and drinks were excellent. The staff attentive and the property was beautiful. What could've been better is the room size, our balcony had a concrete wall and the wifi wasn't stable enough to get my required work done.
