"This property is overrated. The check in process is lengthy and cumbersome. There is a kindergarten right next to the property. Very noisy in the morning. There is no one on site to help me with the luggage. I had to break the luggage into pieces. It’s clean but not convenient. "

"My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. "

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. "What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...

"The accommodations were fantastic, I wish I could've stayed longer. The only criticism I have is about the communication between parties. I felt like there was information I was supposed to receive sooner that made the check in process a little more tedious but other than that, all good!"

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"Property location is conveniently located to many walkable attractions and unit has most of the amenities one would need. Bed is decent. Checkin process is confusing if you've never been there before, checkout process is a bit cumbersome if you have a vehicle since you need to leave the parking tag and remote to get out of the garage inside the unit before you leave. Only one key and fob is provided so coming and going at different times may be a challenge if your party doesn't stay together. ...
