"Room floor was dirty. Our feet were black after showering, then walked barefoot on the room floor. The individual studio suite was well furnished. Bed was very firm, but slightly uncomfortable. Overall, the price was reasonable."

"I loved the text check in and out process. The code and apartment number were sent to me (early!) and I was able to text to check out. The building is amazing and in a great location and the coffee shop downstairs is really cute and has great food and coffee. We walked around the market on Sunday and also walked to Trader Joe’s, a bakery, a fabulous bbq spot (blue oak) and Dave and busters. We parked in the parking deck and scanned the QR code and it was free. Would be a great location for a concert at the amphitheater. We will definitely be back."

"For sure...this is a "No Extras" hotel. We had a clean room, no smells, no dirt...clean linens on the beds. They provided toilet paper..towels...one "hotel bar" of soap and one small tube of shampoo...nothing else. It was an "extended stay" room. So there was a full size fridge..which was clean...a little noisy tho. Two well used infared burners..not pots, pans, dishes, detergent, sponge or silverware. You pay for a clean room and that is what you get...not much else. But the location was great..the grounds were well kept."
