"We have come here twice now while in town for the weekend. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. We will be here often during our travels to this town. Thank you for providing an excellent stay while we are exhausted from our travels."

"Arrived at 3:40, wanting to check in. Agent told me I couldn't check in until 4. I had a mtg. at 5 so had a tight schedule. Wanted to go swimming for 30-45 minutes, but since agent wouldn't let me in I changed clothes to get ready for my mtg. and wasn't able to go swimming. Check out time is 11:00 and I had to hit the road early, so wasn't able to use the amenities. Having such a late check-in with no flexibility is bad customer service. Breakfast was pretty bad.
