"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"I would highly recommend Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa at langkawi. Our room was great. The service was excellent and I would particularly like to praise Leesa (greeter at the front of the hotel) for providing wonderful customer service. The location of the hotel is perfect. We booked a taxi for getting to things that are not a walk away (Best service +60 12-5699950) You can walk down the beach to shops or take the footpath. The beach is much more scenic at nighwith fire throwers, places to eat...

"Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."

"Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. "

"Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up."
