"minimal facilities..pls be aware that this hotel only reachable by boat..make a mistake when booking this hotel..however i enjoy this hotel due to it is close to nature.. Found a rat inside the shower room..and electricity went off around 5 am.. It will be very jot but shomehow bearable"

"What an IDYLLIC place to stay while vacationing on this beautiful island of Langkawi. The owner/manager Mr. T is super friendly as are the entire staff. Mr. T knows Langkawi like the back of his hand, and will guide you to every attraction in Langkawi. For the price we paid, we were surprised that breakfast was included. "Clean room, nice area but we felt like the staff were all quite vague with instructions (especially at the spa) or blunt when you tried to talk to them. The spa is expensive and the restaurants aren’t really anything to rave about so don’t get stuck there for 10 days with only a few restaurants to choose from like we did. There is nothing else around the area. Breakfast was decent."

"Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up."

"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. Housekeeping service was impeccable, right down to a lovely bubble bath, strewn with rose petals, they prepared on two occasions. Diptyque products. Welcome snacks yang sangat unique menaruh hotel ini sekelas diatas Shangrilla... Walaupun pantainya bukanlah yg terbaik namun saya sangat menganjurkan hotel ini bagi orang yang mengutamakan kemewahan dan servis. Karena itulah yang akan anda dapatkan ;)"
