"Personnel gentil. Séjour de nuits, 1 er chambre pas très propre,chambre 202, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas...., alors eau coule sur le plancher. La 2ei nuit il ont accepté de nous changer de chambre. Alors cela a bien terminer notre séjour."

When I expressed my concerns at the front desk and asked if there was something they could do give me a partial refund or a full refund I was told it was up to Expedia. I chatted back-and-forth with an agent from Expedia. They said the property could make an allowance and charge a penalty and let us out of the hotel rooms.
