"The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories"

"Hotel Belo is an absolute gem, we stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every second. The staff are all amazing, very helpful and friendly. Special shout outs to Hugo, Gerardo (Gerry), and Toni. They made us feel like we were at home with our friends. The rooms and overall property were very clean with a nice modern but rustic style. We enjoyed the location as it was away from the hectic touristy area around Playa Norte. The island is very small and with the rented golf cart we can be anywhere we need...

"This place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. "
"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. "Clean, AC, great service!!! Coming back for sure but maybe not the top floor. No elevators so go slow.
We stayed at Isla Mujeres June, summer season… phew… everything was hot including the ice cream! Jk. So the AC was just the perfect recovery.
This is in the heart of downtown, so it was great to be able to walk out into thick of the active night life.
