"This was our 2nd time staying at Ixchel Beach Hotel, we will be returning again, as it is absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, has the best access to the most beautiful beach on the island, it is safe and the food and the pool are an added luxury."

Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas. "The food was average but the steak house and the Asian restaurant were delicious. The service was mediocre, some servers were there just for a job as well as the bartenders. This is more of a relaxing resort not alot going on. They did have one fire show during a 7 day stay. I didn’t care for the music at the bars, it was instrumental. "

This hotel is very special as sea turtles come out during the night to lay their eggs at the hotel’s private beach. I was very lucky to witness such an amazing event. "
