"Las playas excelentes, las personas en el restaurante muy atentos y serviciales, con excepción de: no te llevan suficiente agua de tomar a tu habitación bueno eso nos tocó a nosotros 3 botellas un dia si, y otro no, definitivamente eso no me gustó. Otra cosa importante, que el baño, el agua no tiene suficiente presión, eso era desesperante. La regadera trabajaba muy bien."

"The staff was friendly. Overall a nice hotel. The heat in the lobby was a bit much. They gave us the choice of a front or rear room in case we wanted a quiet room (rear) we took the rear room and it was still very loud. The ac took a few hours to cool the room down. Then you had to turn it off when leaving for the day and go through the cool down process again. I would recommend taking some doggie poo bags for your used toilet paper as you can’t flush the toilet paper. "

"This resort is a great choice for travelers who would like to stay on Isla Mujeres. The hotel amenities were good with many more options (restaurants, bars, golf cart rental, dock for water sports excursions) within walking distance to the hotel. The staff was attentive and courteous and the property was very well maintained. We went with a large group of friends and everyone had positive reviews!"

"Staff were accommodating. Place and its location is very accessible to restaurants, stalls, and tourist area, especially the beach. You’re 3 to 5 minutes walk to the beach areas, don’t look for a beach front in this hotel. I recommend that you bring your own toiletries. Don’t expect for the cleanliness of your room to be a top notch like your 3-5 stars hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a homy and chill vibe in the island."
