"The room is super basic, no frills, but has a clean bed and a hot shower and what else do you need when you are in the tropics? We walked out to the view of the Caribbean and are right on the most beautiful beaches in Mexico and in walking distance of all the fun shops and restaurants and culture of the island. The staff is super helpful and nice, the drinks are cold and amazing and the food we did have was great. It’s a great place if you’re traveling on a bit of a budget. Thank you. Posade Del Mar, we truly enjoyed our time at your hotel and on your amazing island!"

"During our stay, we had a very good time. Hotel was clean and was taken care of well. Staff is so welcoming, nice, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly very friendly with authentic smiles. We liked the laid back and calm nature of the hotel. Saturday morning’s yoga session was excellent (we wish there were a few more sessions and advertised well). Improvement. Beach Access: It would be amazing if the hotel had a beach access similar to another beach two bars down. Or, have an agreement with their management to allow their guests to use that beach."

"The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here this year! The staff is BEYOND amazing and attentive to their guests!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!! The rooms and balconies are so spacious! Food and drinks are great!! We are done staying at the north end of this island. This is my family and friends new "go to" spot!"

"We stayed in the jungle room. Shower spayed the ceiling and water everywhere. No fridge, TV, closet. Pretty basic! "

"While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."
