"Rooms were dirty and under construction or so we thought, no pictures on the wall, old and out dated bathrooms, sticky floors, no head boards for the beds, did not have proper blind for the window, run down hotel, staff were great "

"Spotless, newly finished room was very comfortable. Kitchenette was fully equipped and bathroom was a dream. Bigger than my apartment! Comfy bed, extra blankets, even decorations on the tables. Staff was friendly and informative with the best advice on where to eat or see. Checkin/out done remotely, no key, no lineups, no hassles. Very quiet building, walking distance to everything. Great view of the harbour from a balcony with table and chairs. Better than home!"

"Everything is perfect. Very convenient for family. Nice room with kitchen. Lots of restaurants and shops around and also beautiful beach areas that have nice views. Little noisy during the night but I think when I stayed it’s weekends so that’s the reason. "

"We’re like about the YMCA is that it’s no longer the YMCA it’s now called hotel something else and the hotel. Something else is running a little bit better than the old place. Get your plugs down because you can get a little bit noisy sometimes with your shard bathrooms. I paid about 150 sometimes after 220 a night. I stayed for the week. I mostly used online booking."

"My husband and I were reviewing our stay when we left the hotel. The staff is just EXCELLENT. They are very very accommodating and enthusiastic and helpful. The decor is..well..needs help. The black dark hallways are abysmal..the rooms are decent but nothing..and I mean nothing flows. It is chopped up. The entrance is small for a hotel of this size. The check in desk is like a kiosk and it is placed in the worst possible spot. Would I stay here again? Only for the staff."

"A great spot! A bit more clarity with check in instructions would be helpful. As well, the ability to have the door open allows for the only fresh air. I tried sitting on the wee patio with the door propped open and it started beeping after a couple of minutes. "

"Everything was good except it’s been a week and they haven’t refunded the $100 pre-authorization for incidentals. Makes me wonder how often they do this."
