"My pod had a cockroach. Eeks! Nuff said. Reception area too far from the room. Staff are nice but took a long time to respond. My pod was 25C. It turns out the AC on the room was not on. It’s organized alright but the toilet needs to be cleaned. It had stains in the bowl. Eeks! Water pressure was minimal when two people are showering at the same time. I like that they provide slippers and drinking water but the roach was a total turn off. I had insect bites when I woke up. Not coming back here."

"I had an excellent time here. The staff was exceptional and the room was amazing. The location is a ways away from stuff but I got a free lift to Mactan uptown and using grab to get back was easy. The pool and beach area was amazingly tended to. I was very impressed with this property."
