"We had a great stay in the corner unit at la Mirada Residences! The view from the bedroom was amazing. Appreciated the full sized bed, Air conditioning was crisp, and water jug was a nice plus! Kitchenette perfect for our needs and dining area for stay in meals. Would recommend!"

"Breakfast was very limited Asian style buffet. Although toast was available, there was not butter. I suppose the great majority of customers were Asian and they seemed quite happy, but European customers do not like rice for breakfast "

"Apartment was disgusting, shower ceiling was leaking dripping water on me every time I stepped into the shower and they couldn't fix the issue despite my complaints. Shower was also clogged and wouldn't drain when I checked in. Walls are cracked and the unit is poorly maintained and dirty. Dust on all surfaces and the place is infested with cockroaches - I saw more than 20 during my short stay. Even the fridge didn't work until I got them to fix it. Considering this is supposed to be a "high-end...

"Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful "
