"Very decent hotel with a nice breakfast and clean rooms. 90 seconds walk to the private beach/swimming pool. The only minor negatives were tiny sachets of shampoo and fair water pressure, although there was plenty of hot water. Overall, very good value for money in a superb location."

"From the time we stepped off the shuttle at the resort, everyone was so friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The servers were so friendly & would go out of their way to bring us extra of our favorite foods. The pool area was very clean & the beach was beautiful. Our room was also very nice , with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool & beach area . Would definitely go back next time in the Philippines. "

"Fili Hotel is a great hotel. The check-in was smooth with very friendly and polite staff. I gave it a 4 star because of a mishap we encountered during our stay. We initially only booked for an overnight stay but decided to extend our stay for another night. Everything was great. I loved the room set-up and the bathroom. "The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."
