"Staff was very helpful,restaurant service was very fast and the bed was very comfortable. I could have given them 5 stars but the bathroom was not impressive. The shower floor edges appeared not clean and mats looked so dirty. Javex could have done the magic to to restore white and clean color of the mat."

"5 stars as this hotel is so convenient and the people are EXCELLENT ! Each one of the staff knows what top class customer service is all about ! If I can suggest one thing -----> The Lounge food and beverage DEFINITELY needs improvement. The selection is too small... It falls short compared to the other hotel loungers we experienced. Also very IMPORTANT is to at least remind the guest that the breakfast downstairs at Feria is separate and for additional pay and not the same as the breakfast in the Lounge."

"Best staff when it comes to hospitality and help. Pool needs more cleaning. Leaves are just floating and or at the bottom of the pool. Stayed there for 3 days and saw the same dirt. Food is great and price are decent."
