"Overall, this property is great, it’s very clean very well maintained. There is a lot of staff so that means the staff to guest ratio is really good, the staff is always friendly happy and upbeat, the location is pretty convenient, I like the beach and I like the amenities. This is the fourth Shangri-La property that I have stayed at and so far every single one has either met or exceeded my expectations. Good brand and I wish they had locations in the us"
Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

"Overall a nice resort. Lots of dinning options, although the times somethings were closed or open was a bit random and inconvenient. It was strange that coffee couldn’t be delivered to the room at such a fancy and expensive resort. Other than that, it was very nice."
Fili Hotel Cebu

"Check in took several. Our rooms were not ready until 4 hours later. Wasted our time and ruined some of our plans that day. However, they offered us drink vouchers and late check out to our satisfaction. Eunard handled our check in and issues and was very professional. He did a great job and tried his best to get as in our room asap. We had 2 Seaview rooms and the rooms were nice. Although, the bathroom needs a little bit more thorough cleaning to include the walls (1504). One of the rooms (1506) had some flying bugs as we entered and had to start killing them. 1506 has some molds in the bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we had on this family vacation. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to people who likes a luxurious hotel stay. Note: You need to make a far u-turn to get to the hotel if you're coming from the airport or the Cebu City side. That part is kind of annoying."

"All staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient to restaurants, cafes, stores and even hospital. Overall it is great place to stay. Was just surprised that there was a stain in the towels in the bathroom, no face towels and tv does not connect to wifi. We're t a deal breaker but very unfortunate that the spa and thengym were unavailable during the week we were there 😕"

"We had a great experience at Costabella. Definitely a bang for your buck! It is slightly outdated but the facilities and surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Would have been more awesome if they can fix the boardwalk. They have warm and courteous staff as well. Food is on the pricier side but great overall. The experience is very good overall."
Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino

"This is definitely the best choice for a stay if you are getting a domestic transfer and need to sleep for a few hours or so. Unfortunately, their hot water wasn’t working, so for me, it’s a 4 out of 5 because i could not shower after 20 hours of traveling up to that point. Other than that, for only $79, it was an amazing and beautiful hotel with a casino, pool and gym, room service, and breakfast on site. As long as their boiler is fixed, this is a 5 star place to stay for anyone wanting a nice hotel near the airport. Extremely clean also! Like, white glove clean. Enjoy!"
