"Nice Hotel. Could use more restaurants. It was hard to get extra towels and a late check out"

"Overall we did like the hotel, the location and the majority of the staff, however, we were there 5 days and we only had our room cleaned once. We had to hunt people down or go to the front desk to get clean towels, or have someone come empty our trash, and there were 4 people in our room but they would only ever give us stuff (towels, coffee, coffee cups) for 2?"
