"Our booking had been upgraded to a family suite so we had plenty of space. It was great accommodation, very clean with everything we needed. Although we had a couple of problems with the air-conditioning and water however they went after the way to quickly resolve them. They were there within minutes and they were so very helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay hereSuch lovely stuff."

"Parfois les photos sur les sites internet ne sont pas vraiment représentatif des hotels. Pour l'oasis hotel, c'etait mieux que sur les photos. Le personnel est accueilant et souriant, les apparts sont confortables, propres, on ne pensait pas loger dans un endroit aussi bien. Das Meer direkt am Hotel war leider nicht so schön und zum Baden weniger geeinigt aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Das Essen war sehr lecker und immer Abwechslungsreich.
