"I booked a tour through the hotel, which included transportation. We were driven to the tour site, located approximately one hour from our hotel. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the tour had been cancelled.
The driver took us back to the hotel, but we were still charged for the transportation. The hotel should have informed us of the cancellation before we were taken all the way to the site, especially considering the distance involved.
We raised the issue with the hotel...
