"Cannot fault our stay at the Sofitel Resort and Spa. From the moment we checked in until we checked out it was faultless. The staff would go above and beyond with a smile on their face. "Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and...
