However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay."

"Hallway stayed wet and nasty. Beds were super hard and breakfast was terrible. Our towels were covered in hair ( not ours). The rooms were dated but nice. We had a full refrigerator, sink and microwave. "

"The property is very old and there are definitely some updates that are needed. Our room was about as clean as it could be, just lots of crevices in places that can’t really be cleaned thoroughly, especially around the jacuzzi tub. There were no places to hang our towels anywhere in the room, just one shelf above the toilet, but no hooks or anything by the jacuzzi, those would be a nice addition. The only other issue is that our room was right next to a mechanical room and every 20-30 minutes...

"Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool. Hotel was pretty clean and front staff were friendly. The other staff we came in contact with were not. We got to swim in the pool for maybe 20 minutes when someone puked in it. Staff did not close the pool to sanitize it. He just skimmed the vomit out. He also did not bother to pick up garbage around the pool area. The hot tub had not been cleaned in along time. We tried to swim the next morning but the pool water was green with algae floating on top....
