We were looking forward to a quiet evening to relax after what we had just been through. The sign on the pool gate said the pool closes at dusk. We called the front desk at 9 pm because of the noise & were told the pool is open till 10 pm. Could hear the yelling even w/the sliding door closed. There were 12 kids making noise. I...
