"I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was very friendly and check in process as well as check out process was quick easy. The room was very nice and I loved the city view. It was five minute walk away from Petco Park, and 15 minutes walk away from all the bars in downtown."

"I was amazed by the innovation of this hotel, the owner did a good job in polishing the place into a well decorated and useful hotel to many. Staffs mostly are great and helpful. Be aware that some naughty ones might jump wildly formed some earthquake type of movements and some unknown waves made your enjoyable stay into an unexpected zone. "Overall nice stay there for a conference. Rooms was clean, but one day its wasn’t cleaned when I returned around 4pm. But later I got a knock to clean my room but I’m back so it’s not convenient. Probably should try to clean all rooms by 4 pm as some people like the 4pm rest. All the staff was nice, but could smile more. :)"

"The property is very well located with restaurants and shops nearby. I found it to be an excellent option in terms of cost-value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."

"We’ve stayed here before because it’s close to the airport and it’s convenient. This is the first time that we experienced the property not being as taken care of as before. The carpet smelled like urine at some of the areas in the room and the AC’s filter smelled old. There was no vacancy so we didn’t ask to be moved to another room since we had limited choices. I suggest that the carpets be cleaned to avoid this smell."

"Room was ok, somewhat outdated. There was a stale odor in the room. The single bed room was small. Elevator is tiny. There is a 25 dollar per night parking fee. I found a hair in the bed the first night. The room is conveniently located and close to restaurants, and activities. Staff was very friendly."
