"The breakfast buffet can improve. Your selection of food was too basic for "excellent rating" status and the juice machine wasn't working properly. You are still a good hotel, though."

"Like so many other hotel rooms the a/c is noisy. Not sure why most under window units are so loud. We could hear our neighbors on both sides, so noise was are main issue."

"Springhill Suites was very clean, beds were comfortable and the pool area was large but a little less than five feet deep. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold food such as eggs , sausage, waffles. Oatmeal. Grits, fruit, toast, cereal and muffins. We enjoyed our stay."

"The view was great, but the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and the A.C. unit had a smell when it was on, which was not good when next to the bed. The breakfast was nice, but there should be a washing station for feet coming from the beach to not drag sand into the hotel."
