"We were looking for a Motel close to the Wood Island Ferry. This looked like it fit the bill. Not so much. Anyway, we made the best of it. It's a cozy hide away if that's what you're looking for. Clean, isolated in the back country of PEI. Really quiet and dark at night, you can see stars! Located behind a fuel station and a convenience store. The local people are friendly."

"Close to Confederation Trail and across the street from a local bakery and take out café. We enjoyed the elevated deck too. Lastly, it was a quiet and private room. The owner sent timely updates and made certain that we were comfortable and settled in - we felt welcomed even though all communication was via messages"

"This place is very tired looking. Tv wouldn’t work, staff said remote needed new batteries. Never came. Two lamps in bedroom would not turn on. Bedding grayish, not white as it’s supposed to be. Shower goes from hot to cold at random."

"Our room was a little outdated, but perhaps its only the pet friendly rooms as we traveled with our dogs. Free continental breakfast was satisfactory. The first night there was an incident in the boiler room that triggered the fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate. For the next 2 days there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk said we'd get a $75 discount refunded from expedia on our 4-night stay, which we never received."

"We loved everything about Harbour House. Walking distance to cafes, great restaurants and shopping. Clean, huge bedroom with all the amenities. Very quiet room. Hot water in the shower.. by far, my favourite place. 10/10"

"Over charged for facility..lacks elevators and very poor access with luggage into hotel. Bathroom lacks adequate lighting ."

"First of all, check-in info said 2 pm... no one is there on site to take care of this.. We sat outside for almost 30 mins, ringing bell occasionally. Finally called the phone # I had and after several tries got a real person...probably the manager.. who tried to be very accommodating, but at this point nothing was going to help. I was told a message had been sent to my 'phone' that morning spelling out access, etc... but the number I had given Expedia was my home phone #, not a cell...

"The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean but I think it’s pretty shocking that there is no recycling at the breakfasts and that hundreds of plastic cups and plastic knives, forks and spoons are just thrown out. The room doesn’t have recycling either. Also, some proper glasses in the room would be welcome as the cups are very cheap. All in all a nice stay but I wouldn’t stay again for these reasons."
