"The housekeeping service was not consistent.
Very noisy elevator which we could not sleep.
At the breakfast not enough staff to clean the tables.
Too many computer at the reception but only one staff was working.

"Location is fantastic, it was across the road from the venue of the event we were attending. The receptionist was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Our only issue was parking space is limited."
