"Beautiful stay, with 5 minute walk to snorkel and surf beach! Spacious room with beautiful shared spaces and the laundry option was nice to have. A little off the beaten path too which was perfect for my husband and I. 10/10 recommend."

"Hotel is on owner’s property. Very little interaction with them except a few calls. 3 stars is because of the smell of mildew and mold but it may be something they cannot control in a tropical location. However, it is so close to the National Volcano Park. We didn’t waste time driving to get there. Able to arrive early without having to wake up too early."

"Nice old plantation style house with a beautiful yard and view of Hilo. Staff was nice and helpful, even tho I arrived a day and a half late. Very peaceful place to stay, with birds chirping in the morning and coqui frogs croaking at night."
