"We had a great stay at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. The highlight was the exceptional customer service, especially from Charla at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, even while handling a difficult guest. She truly made us feel welcome.
We also enjoyed WSW | The Steakhouse. The bartender was knowledgeable and made great drink recommendations, and our Sunday evening waitress provided excellent service.
The hotel could use a few cosmetic updates. We noticed a couple of small stains on the sheets, the bathtub finish was worn in places, and the towel rack in our room was loose. Despite that, the room and hotel overall felt clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Overall, the outstanding staff and welcoming atmosphere made this an easy place to recommend. We’d happily stay here again."
