"The only issue is their Lift (Elevator) they have 3 Lifts but 2 are not working at the time I stayed 6/26-6/23. My room is in the 17th floor, I had to wait 5-8 minutes to used the Lift. "Staff was very helpful, and room was super clean. Stayed for 10 days and almost everyday the house keeper came to clean. Hotel is close to subway and major bus stop aswell, very easy to get around."
