"People were saving chairs 24hrs a day. They would arrive at 930 and leave at 2. Staff did nothing about it when questioned. So with majority of the chairs taken around the pool and towels out all night it was obvious that cleaning of the pool area was not happening. Our room was 2 floors above the night club that went from 10pm till 2am every night. When asked to be moved to another room we were told 2000 pesos a night would be charged. After it closed the patrons would have a pool party till...

"Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home."
