"We were in a unit right over the music area for the bar next to the property and was SO LOUD from 6-10 pm every night. Should really charge a lower rate for this unit."

"Room 325 I got put in that room. The AC did not work. They moved me to 329. The AC worked when I get into the room after I take a shower and went to bed. The AC shut off woke up three times sweating I don’t know what’s going on with the air conditioners in this place but at night they seem to all shut down. It never happened before I stay here a lot not happy."

"It is on the beach this is the best amenity that it has. It is in a great location, closed to Mercato in Naples. I will be back soon"

"Rooms were clean, not much to do in that area with the kids, not intended for families with kids, shuttle was advertised to the beach but it had limitations in fact, only as driver available and up to certain distance, lazy river pool was not very clean, everything closed at 8, only some amenities were available for free, nothing fun created at the resort for kids… staff was nice but they did not really watch for customers needs…"
